PRC of the Valleys opened its doors January 22, 1998 under the name of Loving Arms of Steuben County. Since that time we have helped hundreds of women and their families make an informed choice related to their unplanned pregnancies. We have provided them with free services, met their material needs and have given referrals to area agencies so that they may have all the support they need while facing this life changing situation. MISSION STATEMENT Pregnancy Resource Center of the Valleys, Inc. exists to reach out as Christ would to individuals and families affected by issues related to family and pregnancy. A statement from the Executive Director: "PRC of the Valleys touches the lives of all who enter our doors. Our emphasis is to create a safe place. We believe that each client in crisis deserves an advocate who will listen and give accurate information. Since I have stepped into this position in January 2008 I have heard such statements as, "I call this place love.", "Coming in feels like a "hug."
